Morning Conditions at Point of Rocks & Whites Ferry

During a morning flyover in the fall of 2000, severe southbound congestion was found on US Rte 15 approaching the signal at Lucketts Rd; the queue contained approximately 85 vehicles (one lane). South of Lucketts Rd, traffic flow was heavy, but travelers appeared to progress steadily without major delay.
