Evening Conditions at Point of Rocks & Whites Ferry

During an evening survey in the fall of 2000, steady heavy northbound flow was found on US 15 between Virginia Rte 7 and Point of Rocks. Nevertheless, travelers appeared to progress steadily without major delay.
